Blithe Spirit by Noel Coward

The Bishopsteignton Player's next production is the classic comedy Blithe Spirit by Noel Coward. The play involves a sceptical novelist called Charles Condomine. He invites Madame Arcati, an eccentric medium into his home for a seance as he plans to gather material for a new book.
The hapless psychic then accidentally summons the spirit of his late wife, Elvira. And Charles quickly finds his life turned into a shambles as his wife's ghost torments him and his new bride, Ruth.
That is until Ruth is killed accidentally. The two women then join forces to haunt the hapless Charles forever.
